• Forest Lake Camp is a private, residential summer camp located in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, about 10 minutes from Lake George, NY. Forest Lake Camp has been in operation since 1926. We are a brother/sister camp on 411 acres with our own private, spring-fed lake. Candidates must either possess a current Registered Nurse certification, or are working towards certification. Practical experience is necessary. • The Camp Director is the life line to a successful running camp. He or she is responsible for all pertinent aspects of the camp operation as an organizer, administrator and educator. Responsible to become a member of the Girl Scouts of the USA at time of employment.
