Texas Lions Camp

• Calling all superheroes! Come stretch yourself at Texas Lions Camp. We are a summer camp for kids with physical disabilities and type I diabetes. You will find and use your super powers as you help the campers discover theirs through activities including the challenge course, horses, nature studies, archery, aquatics, radio, arts and crafts, and so much more. You will learn to rely on adaptive technology and the campers' tenacity to show them there is nothing they cannot do. Our campers come for one week at a time at no cost to them or their families.
• We are located in Kerrville, on 504 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country, only about an hour northwest of San Antonio. We're close enough to Kerrville to enjoy the restaurants and entertainment, but far enough away to enjoy the night sky. The Hill Country has great places for camping, climbing, kayaking, and tubing, and San Antonio is perfect for taking in all the historic sites and shopping!
